Deer Point Elementary School

Each year, graduating seniors who attended Deer Point return to elementary school for one more walk through the halls. Decked in their high school regalia, they parad through the school to the sounds of Pomp and Circumstance and the cheers of the entire student body. The event culminates with a reception in the media center. There are old yearbooks, refreshements, lots of laughter, and always a few tears. This tradition is one of the highlights of the year. Once an Angler, always an Angler!
